Strawberry Jam from the Greenmarket

Strawberry jam
Homemade biscuits, homemade jam --- sometimes we don't even recognize ourselves. But cooking doesn't get any easier than mixing strawberries and sugar over medium heat, especially when the strawberries are freshly picked from the Hudson Valley.
