While Chelsea's Lulu Cake Boutique offers cupcakes (naturally), the real gems here are the retro-confections, such as the lemon lulu --- think of a lemon Twinkie dipped in white chocolate --- the nod-to-New-York Yodels, and, above all, the pink and white snowballs, little bombs of sweetness we're happy to have lobbed in our direction.
