Newly opened Little Oven in Long Island City specializes in macaroons, which, despite the name, have nothing to do with coconut. The ones we got, however, had everything to do with cherry blossom, passion fruit, and caramel, all almost effervescent in texture, like sweet butterfly kisses of flavor.
