When you think "Cambodia," you don't immediately think, "great sandwiches," but Num Pang works hard to change that. The pulled duroc pork adds spiced honey to call out the sweet elements of the meat, while the roasted cauliflower gets a chili mayo sauce. With Union Square nearby and the weather dial finally turned off "sauna," our lunch plans are set.
